the lost soldier

the date today is monday jan 14th 2007 and iam in prairie du chein wisconsin i went across the river last night into the state of ohio but iam going to ride most likely the wisconsin side of the mississippi saturday night the pastor of the seventh-day-adventist church let me sleep in the church and gave me what seem to be a real warm pair of ski-snow-mobile gloves should be pretty warm ive recieved some chriticism from people in this area concerning my journeys they try and make my ride a political issue right now iam at the ameri-inns and suites in prairie du chain useing thier computer and eating their free breakfast like iam staying here the temperature is starting to drop incredibally and in spots the mississippi river is frozen all-in-all the people in wisconsin have been friendly but strange in their own way ive met better people in the bars here then in church hopefully that newspaper reporter does run the newspaper interview i still feel once i get on the minnesota side of the mississippi river and into small towns the churchs and the american people will treat me friendlier due to the severe cold weather iam fixin to go into
