the lost soldier the iltimate price to pay

the date today is friday march 13th 2009 and iam in york pennsylvania its been along 6 months as i spent the time in the landcaster county prison for a bunch of garbage around september 27th 2008 i stopped at a veterans of foteign war in elizabethtown and got drunk as hell i mnet sime people who told me rather then ride in the rain to go into a shed and sleep i went in the shed went to sleep and was awajen by 2 elizabethtown police offivers and taken to jail for criminal trespassing i sat there until march 12th and was taken to court and charges were dismissed i went down to the landcaster resue mission for the night and talkec to a mr. matthew rennie 419--4279 ex[laining i needed to get back to elizabethtown to get my bike the next morning he took me to the elizabethtown police station and they had given my bike to charity but they went down and bought me a new trek 3799 about 500 dollars the public defender who handled my case was daniel kaye it turned out in ways ti suck i pled guilty to felony criminal trespassing loitering and prowling under the impression he was trying to help me only to find out without my bike they had no case but iam free and from hrtr headed to the 9-11-91 crash-site in shanjsvukke pennsylvania i will add the 6 months to this joutnry as i try to provr the good in this country outweighs the bad but the commonwealth in the state of pennsylvania sucks the xourt is bullshit and about as close to communist control as ive seen its a chilly but beautiful night in america
