the lost soldier

the date today is saturday jan 19th 2008 and iam still in winona minnesota on 61 north at the days inn on the junction of u.s. highway 14 and 61 last night down the road a short while is a park the bathrooms were open i slept inside it was real warm yesterday i was in a town called lewiston minnesota i was at one point headed into the northern part that way but changed my mind anyway in lewiston i stopped at a bar called t.r.s and was drinking a couple pitchers of beer and just relaxing the owner of the bar who lives up-stairs let me go up and take a shower after staying at the bar until closeing time a lady named shannon said its cold outside and brought me into her home the wind-chill this morning is around 15 below but somehow once again somehow i managed to leave my billfold in a tyler borgshatz van when they took me over to shannons house but my billfold is in lake city minnesota which i will pick-up when i arrive it was kind of relaxing at shannons we smoked a couple bowls and she fed me breakfast
