The Lost Soldier
i made the ride into Lexington Kentucky i got here lastnight iam at the Hampton Inn on highway 60 east lasnight i rolled my sleeping bag out under a pavilion at the North Lexington Church of Christ here is your wanna be christian salvation freaks at work yeestreday i stopped at the Bedford Acres suposedly Christian Church and talked with a Senior Pastor David Casey 5414 Lexington Road Paris Kentucky i explainned i needed another light for my head my balb had burned out he told me he could not leave the church he gave me a business card told me to go to Wal-Mart find the light i needed have them call them and he would pay for it over the phone i sttated to him they may not do it they wont know who is giving the credit card number over the phone he stated he did it with them all the time i went to Wal-Mart they dont do that they said they didnt have some type of machine needed its a beautiful morning and yesterday my ride took me thru some pretty cool horse fields some real cool looking horses around this area this Cannondale is still holding up pretty well for the beating its talken its a beautiful morning in the state of Kentucky highway 60 will take me to the Ohio river as it looks like i may have to go back into Ohio before West Virginia or Pennsylvania or New York as i do the final September 11th 2001 tribute to the victims of 9-11-01 and Keith Matthew Maupin and all who have given their lives for this country
