the lost soldier the ultimate price to pay

saturday june 22nd 2008 iam at a v.f.w 160 broad street pawctuck conn relaxing and drinking a beer it was a beautiful peaceful ride up hwy 1 today its kind of strange you cant smoke in public places in conn but ou can in v.f.w.s the people in conn were friendly it was a beautiful peaceful ride the state of rhode island is next sunday june 23rd 2008 iam in charlestown rhode island at a restaurant called foster pier at willows resort i stp[[ed in for coffee and the waitress bought my coffee and toast its been a struggle since middletown new jersey gainninh any type of support the v.f.w/ in pawatuck conn was a trip they served me 2 pitchers of beer then it was time to leave the people were complainning abiut the war and politics there were a couple world war 11 vets there its strange as i talk with the vets the world war 11 vets seem to feel superior to the vietnam vets and the same as they vietnam vets rewspond to the iraqi war its totally insane to sit and listen to these discussions its a beautiful day in the state of rhode island i dont understand this though you cant smoke in public places in conn but you can in v.f.w.s its a beautiful breezy day as i made the ride into the state of rhode island iam in a little town called wakefield ehode island i stopped and talked with the catholic priest didnt much understand my journeys
