the lost soldier the ultimate price to pay

its friday may 2nd and iam still in jacksonville north carolina ive only spent about 36 hours here yesterday i went to a bar on 17 north and did some partying the bar was called country time it was a pretty good little party bar i was told there are more then 36,000 marine corp soldiers here its another beautiful day in the state of north carolina i came back to the holiday inn to use their computer and eat breakfast if the swimming pool door is open i may hop in the hot-tub i need to clean-up the people have been pretty friendly here and even the police havent hassled me last night i rolled my sleeping bag out behind a pentescotal church not far from here this morning after rolling my sleeping bag up and starting to leave a police officer was sitting in the parking lot and didnt even hassle me new bern north carolina is the next town north of here its only about 30 miles away but iam still around 350 from arlington virginia and memorial day is approaching
